AmberJax Fish Market Grille is a combination full-service fine dining restaurant and neighborhood fresh market, offering the freshest and healthiest options for our clientele with a dash of convenience that will keep them coming back.
In the market, AmberJax Fish Market Grille will provide an array of center plate proteins, including fresh fish, seafood and prime beef. The market will cater to families on the go, offering take-out and ready-to-cook healthy meals, as well as an array of fresh produce, side items and sundries.
The restaurant will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, offering the freshness and variety of our market, expertly prepared by Chef Larry Williams and his team. Karen Simmons-Williams will operate the front of the house, leading a team that will provide unparalleled hospitality and comfort, building guest loyalty at every turn. She will also be responsible for crafting our extensive wine, beer and liquor offerings.
Both in the market and the restaurant, we will cater to busy, value-conscious families. In the restaurant, we'll "Feed the Kids." Whether they want a grilled cheese sandwich, a child sized portion of any of our menu items, or a bowl of homemade applesauce, our made-from-scratch kitchen gives us exceptional flexibility to appease even the pickiest tastes from our future reservation pool.
Because no one wants to eat at home every night of the week, we'll open the restaurant for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. In our made-from-scratch kitchen, we'll prepare the best of what our market has to offer and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for dining out and entertaining.
